Carl is a good guy but he is on his way out the door, he does not care about the outcome of your case. DO NOT HIRE MR BOAKE!!!!! I used him for almost a year for my divorce that I am still dealing with. His paralegals working for him are completely incompetent and hes had to fire many of them. He did not do or make anything better in my case in any regard and gave multiple bad suggestions. Be warned ⚠️
Horrible experience
I found Mr. Boake’s law firm on google while I was searching for a divorce attorney in St. Petersburg. Mr. Boake was not only professional, he was very caring and understanding of the delicate issues surrounding the end marriage. I found his fees not only reasonable but very affordable. Carl is useless, asked for for a retainer, he wasted a year, then asked for more money to continue (continue doing nothing) he did absolutley nothing (according to the judge and the new attorney i hired), Don;t waste your time or money with Carl, he went through 3 assistants in the year i wasted trying to get him to do anything.
Mr Boake came to me by way of referral after being disappointed with previous representation. He made ease of complexities with positive reassurance and results. I highly recommend he and his staff for representation. He is known as "The Terminator"
