Our home warranty sent Carl & Sons Plumbing Co. to check an unknown leak around the kitchen sink. They gave us a one-hour arrival window the same day we reported the plumbing issue, which made the whole process easy. The plumber was professional, helpful, and worked fast to replace the garbage disposal through the warranty coverage. Everything was installed cleanly, the sink area was left in good shape, and the new disposal works even better than the old one. They also explained which plumbing parts were covered and which it... read more

I had a small leak at the base of an old cast iron drain pipe going into the floor at my rental property. I called several plumbers, and this was the only company that got back to me quickly. I first thought it would be a simple plumbing patch, but after talking it through, Brandon explained that patching cast iron usually does not last long. Since the drain line was very old and worn thin, water was seeping through the pipe wall. He recommended the right repair, which meant replacing the damaged pipe and opening part of the... read more

Our water heater started leaking at the worst time, but I was still able to reach a plumber on the holiday. They responded quickly, checked the unit, and explained that it needed to be replaced. They were upfront that holiday plumbing service would cost more, and they helped set us up for the next day at a better price. Grant arrived on time, worked efficiently, explained the installation and the issue in simple terms, and got everything fixed without any hassle. We really appreciated the honest pricing, professional service... read more

I can’t say enough good things about Carl & Sons Plumbing Co. I had a complicated plumbing problem, and David quickly found the cause and got it fixed the right way. He clearly explained that with some plumbing repairs, a small opening in the wall or ceiling may be needed to reach the pipes, and that helped set the right expectations from the start. Brandon also handled the patch repair afterward, and everything was finished neatly, which made the whole process easy and convenient. On top of that, I also had a damaged tile s... read more

Brandon and David were excellent. They called ahead, showed up on time, and were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had a floor drain backup, and after another plumber said it could not be cleared without a much more expensive service, we contacted Carl & Sons Plumbing Co. Brandon and David quickly inspected the drain, explained the issue in simple terms, and were able to clear the clog in less than an hour. They also cleaned the work area thoroughly when the job was done. I really appreciated that Brandon to... read more
