Dr. Saphier is seriously one of the best Doctors I’ve ever had. His knowledge, experience and skill set is unmatched!! He takes his time during appointments, explains everything thoroughly and doesn’t rush you if you have questions. There is nothing more you can ask for when seeing an MFM during critical times in pregnancy. He is truly one of a kind. Dr. Carl Saphier delivered our our baby last year and we’re forever grateful to him and his team. First of all, Dr. Saphier’s credentials are by themselves impressive. But on top of that, Dr. Saphier is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind, compassionate and a good communicator. He is curious, forward-thinking and a good listener. What an inconsiderate doctor… Seems good at his actual work (full transparency), but the first appointment we had he was about 90 min late for our appointment After the appointment, I went to the receptionist and explained how we had a busy day and this was incredibly inconvenient, and I requested our next appointment be on time… It’s now 50 min past our appointment time, and still have not seen doc If you value and respect time, this is not the doctor I’d recommend
It’s a shame because Dr Saphire has great reviews, but I never got to meet him. My appointment was at 1, and it was my first one as a perspective patient. Two other patients were in the waiting room when I arrived. By 2:30 one woman was still ahead of me waiting. I left without ever meeting the doctor. Having your patients wait a minimum of 1.5 hours is crazy to me. The office should have called and rescheduled if they knew he was running behind. The receptionist is so mean and rude. My english is not good but i asked them why I tried to call them and then she said “the doctor doesn’t get new patient.” Then hang off the phone…. She could be more polite to who doesn’t speak english very well….
