This is my review from a while ago: AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I got a coupon for $49 from Living Social for half head of highlights. Tatiana the stylistic told me I would need a colour too, as I had roots from dying my hair at home. Another $60. Plus the tip of $20 which I had no choice but to leave. Best Stylist and Shampoo – Never again will I believe that a shampoo is a shampoo. I have been going to salons for 10 years. Then there was Phyllis. She and Jamy seem to work in tandem. If there was a category for best shampoo in either Baltimore Magazine or City Paper, Phyllis would have won hands down (pun) for the last 30 years.
