The entire staff was kind and treated me with concern. I felt like a person being guided through the process and not just another patient. My Primary care doctor recommended Dr Raso and I’m glad she did.
This office decided to close down without informing patients and had them hanging on. My sister is also a patient and was having issues and the staff wouldn't relay messages to the doctor. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
Dr Raso seemed knowledgeable about my sons condition but the office staff was extremely nasty and unwilling to leave messages for the doctor or schedule any follow up appointments. My poor son has been struggling and I cannot even get a returned phone call. I do not recommend this practice.
It's my first time with Dr Raso. He performed a Colonoscopy for me. I was very impressed with the care and attention I received in the process. I definitely recommend Dr Raso.
Met Dr. Raso for the first time,enjoyed talking with him and he made me feel relaxed. Went over my procedure that I will be having and he explained everything I needed to know. The Dr. was very attentive to what I was explaining to him . I didn't feel rushed out of his office. The staff are helpful and very friendly and the office is very clean. Very good experience!
