This office decided to close down without informing patients and had them hanging on. My sister is also a patient and was having issues and the staff wouldn't relay messages to the doctor. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
Dr Raso seemed knowledgeable about my sons condition but the office staff was extremely nasty and unwilling to leave messages for the doctor or schedule any follow up appointments. My poor son has been struggling and I cannot even get a returned phone call. I do not recommend this practice.
It's my first time with Dr Raso. He performed a Colonoscopy for me. I was very impressed with the care and attention I received in the process. I definitely recommend Dr Raso.
Met Dr. Raso for the first time,enjoyed talking with him and he made me feel relaxed. Went over my procedure that I will be having and he explained everything I needed to know. The Dr. was very attentive to what I was explaining to him . I didn't feel rushed out of his office. The staff are helpful and very friendly and the office is very clean. Very good experience!
Sadly we left Dr. Raso as he was less than efficient and did not provide any test results or have consultations regarding a colonoscopy, capsule swallow and other testing. His office did not offer any interest and as a result and after much sudden unexplained weight loss after colonoscopy, no information can only be the result of why my husband is in the ICU today.
