The Brokers are on a payroll preaching to you how to run a business? They them themselves are not successful otherwise….take the in house leeds for themselves? This is what happens at a franchise brokerage. Don’t waste your $$ and time! The title company are in house because they cannot survive on their own..
I recently purchased a property from Samatha Johnson. I was highly disappointed she violated all ethics of the vow she took to become a realtor by knowingly NOT disclosing the pool had a leak in it. She told us the hose was left in the pool to help with the debris. Being a native Floridian, I have never heard this reasoning. When in actuality she was hiding the leak she was aware of.
