The Brokers are on a payroll preaching to you how to run a business? They them themselves are not successful otherwise….take the in house leeds for themselves? This is what happens at a franchise brokerage. Don’t waste your $$ and time! The title company are in house because they cannot survive on their own..

I recently purchased a property from Samatha Johnson. I was highly disappointed she violated all ethics of the vow she took to become a realtor by knowingly NOT disclosing the pool had a leak in it. She told us the hose was left in the pool to help with the debris. Being a native Floridian, I have never heard this reasoning. When in actuality she was hiding the leak she was aware of. These people keep taking my review off because it is negative and TRUE!!! More to come. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! It is all LIES and deception !! These are people telling you how to RUN a business and are on the payroll traveling 40 min to get to work and live in a shack in PSL? And say they are RETIRED?? It’s a recruiting center for poor people that don’t know any better….
