I recently purchased a property from Samatha Johnson. I was highly disappointed she violated all ethics of the vow she took to become a realtor by knowingly NOT disclosing the pool had a leak in it. She told us the hose was left in the pool to help with the debris. Being a native Floridian, I have never heard this reasoning. When in actuality she was hiding the leak she was aware of. I will be filing an ethics complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission and The National Association of Realtors!!! It's really unfortunat... read more

These are people telling you how to RUN a business and are on the payroll traveling 40 min to get to work and live in a shack in PSL? And say they are RETIRED?? She will call you answer every concern and every email and will get your house sold. No other person that I have ever dealt with in this business has been so dedicated to get the job done so give her a call. On all your Real estate needs buying or selling.
I had the most horrible experience with Sarah Greenberg of your office. She cancelled our signed contract after airfare and hotel was purchased. I would not recommend using this shyster!! Stay away!
