Dr.Norman was understanding kind and very informative about every aspect and detail and I'm very nervous about the dentist but it was very easy not to be nervous his staffing are nice and personal thank u all.
I have a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Norman and Tonya the care that they’ve shown to me and my family is like they’re treating their own family
Dr. Carl P. Norman has been my dentist for over 20 years. During that time he has done all kinds of dental work that I needed, and always with a sense of humor. He does his work with precision and the highest level of expertise. Have I ever had to wait upon arrival, absolutely, but I also have to wait for service for eye exam, physical, etc. I realize that sometimes a patient ahead of me may have thrown the schedule due to needing more dental work than what had been planned for, patient could have been running late, etc.. He is the worst dentist I've ever been too. He is arrogant and belittles his staff. Every time I went I had to wait a minimum of two hours. I wanted him to adjust my two new crowns because my bite was high. After waiting another 30 minutes he came in yelling and pointing his finger in my face saying I dont listen. That's how he talks to his staff. He told me while still yelling he was go drill it down to where it was before I came. I told him he would never put his hands in my mouth again. Incredible dentist! Extremely diligent and professional with a great personality and patient repore. I would recommend him to anyone for all your dental needs
I love him; a great dentist who made me feel comfortable. Went to him needing extensive dental work. He really took his time and made it work for me. Our schedules were somewhat limited, however he went the extra mile. I've called for emergency treatment and he opened his office for me. Thank you!
