Appointment over a year ago but just getting around to writing a review now. Absolutely appalling practice, to be avoided at all costs. When I went for my physical at this office, they sent my labs out of network despite assuring me that everything would be in network, and I was left with a huge balance bill which, luckily, the lab eventually agreed to write off. He is a good human being and a good doctor….
Dr nicoleau takes quality time with each of his patients to be a proficient physician along with a great bed side manner.
Dr Nicoleau has been my dr since I was 17 years old. he is kind and very detailed. yes the waits can be long depending on your appointment time. the reason being is he has a lot of patients (mostly elderly) from neighborhood that go to him. afternoons are always a later wait time. His staff listens and I know they are placed in a stressful position often because they are so busy.
