Appointment over a year ago but just getting around to writing a review now. Absolutely appalling practice, to be avoided at all costs. When I went for my physical at this office, they sent my labs out of network despite assuring me that everything would be in network, and I was left with a huge balance bill which, luckily, the lab eventually agreed to write off.
