It was a very pleasant experience. Dr Williams was so gracious and kind. My hand never hurt at all and the scars barely show after 4 weeks.
We are a new patient of this doctor and wanted to schedule a followup appointment. I've called many times, different times of the day, all days of the week and left voicemail after voicemail---and nada, this office never returns your calls. When you call, you get nobody live, you only get voice mail. I noticed the staff is very young they must be too busy on their personal phones to care about their patients. Very through examination
Everyone that I met was extremely patient and extremely helpful. Another thing that I liked about the staff there is that they took the time to explain all the procedures that they were doing and they gave me tips on how to make my hand better and they were really friendly and I’m a senior citizen and a lot of times people don’t take the time to be patient with us but these people did.
