On my 1st visit Dr wanted MRIs done but the staff kept trying to send me to a facility that didn't accept my insurance. After 2 weeks of repeatedly calling the office and talking to his medical assistant they still didn't refer me to the correct facility so I can't have the surgery done. Terrible staff! Terrible lack of communication. The Dr seemed great but can't use him because of the staff and referral issues!
