Replacing your roof is not really fun but Michael with Carl Martin Roofing made it painless! His estimate was fair and was inclusive of permits and wind mitigation inspection...2 less headaches for me! The day of the install, his crew was efficient and courteous and when they left there was not a nail, a shingle scrap or a water bottle left behind. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was! If you are facing this project, I urge you to give them a call!

Hurricane Milton wrecked our roof, and we needed a complete replacement. There were tons of roofing companies vying for our business, but only a few I felt comfortable getting quotes from. Completed the re-roof job in a day and a half. Over 3,000 sq. ft. Job done well. Crew was very professional and polite. Quality work and at a fair price. Michael Martin was very patient as we had to get HOA approval as well as waiting for insurance determination by our insurance company.
