Save your money, find a different lawyer Paid a flat fee, filled out all the paperwork and then a little over three weeks later I called to see if he had heard anything back. He said he would check and call me back. When he did he said oh we forgot to file your paperwork, we'll get it filed today. So after almost a month passed and had I not called to get an update he would have never filed my paperwork. Then it would take weeks to hear back from him after I called and/or emailed him. Find another lawyer He only gets one star because I can't give hime less. He took my money, assured me he was there to help, then never filed a single document with the courts to protect me from my Ex. He allowed me to get divorced without legal rep, I lost my rights to my kids, and when he asked me to allow him to make it right, 8 months later he still wasn't there. Hire hime if you want, but you have been warned. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Montana Bar Association and BBB.

I would recommend another law firm I wish I could recommend this law firm, but unfortunately my experience there was less than satisfying. I did almost all the work for my divorce, including transferring paperwork to and from my ex husband, figuring out all the wording for my divorce with my ex husband, and simply telling Josh Carl what to put in the paperwork. He did not have to contact my ex's lawyer once, no mediation was required, there was no dispute between my ex and I over anything. We had no disagreement over the spl... read more
