Nurses are generally great, the rest not so much. Disorganized, chaotic, and inefficient.They make chemo patients come to them rather than staff going to the patient. Hold you hostage all day due to their issues and frequently broken equipment, then threaten "you'll lose your spot if you leave". And HIPPAA, follow up care and PHI are a complete joke! Only met the actual doctor once in the very beginning and he was very rude because apparently I wasn't upset enough for him.
I'm getting chemo for hodgkin's lymphoma..I'm also dealing with congestive heart failure..the nurses there are absolutely amazing..they are very polite, personable,and extremely professional..Dr.Khanna is just as great. He has answered and explained every question me and my family has had. He talks to my wife and makes sure she understands everything. Takes longer to checkout than actually get seen Update Moved from 2 stars to 1 star. Since cmac took over this has become one of the worst poorly managed clinics around. Unorganized, chaotic and prepare to be treated as just a number. Oh and if you have an appointment, plan on a full day here.
