Dr jonokuchi himself is great. I have been seeing him for years unfortunately his receptionist are not helpful. I get it the Dr has a busy schedule however when a patient calls in pain they should be able to accommodate.. I have a painful lump on my neck and would of loved to see my own Dr for this but yet had to go to urgent care and hours later I still don’t have any results all because my dr couldn’t help me and they offered me Dec 5th which is over a month away. I said I was in pain 5 times.

Dr Jonokuchi is fantastic, unforutnately I can't see the same for the front office. They are non-responsive and rude.

Dr. Jonokuchi has been our family Dr. for over 30 years very patient and compassionate. The only thing is he is so popular it is hard to get an appointment, but we will not go elsewhere.

I called In December to make an appointment with Dr. Jonokuchi but was told January 28 was the earliest opening! I agreed to see the PA and made an appointment for January 2, 2019. I arrived a few minutes early. There was only 1 patient waiting. At 1:15, I still was waiting! Nobody let me know what was happening so I asked the gal “behind the glass” and she said she’d let them know I was waiting. I said to her “but I have an appointment for 12:30”. Dr. J too good for this company.

Dr. J has been my doctor for 34 years. He truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. I've been super happy with his care for me and my family. I highly recommend him!!
