I’m really disappointed with my experience at this MedStar doctor’s office. I had scheduled what I thought was a new patient appointment, but it turns out I was mistakenly listed as a returning patient. Instead of anyone calling to clarify or correct the issue, my appointment was canceled via text message with no explanation. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that because I was a new patient, I’d need to rebook — but the doctor is now fully booked until July of next year.
