Dr. Kinzel and his staff are amazing especially Heather at the front desk and Holly who are the two i deal with on regular basis. They all go above and beyond and do their best to handle anything that comes about with referrals. All the staff are very pleasant to be around.
I'm new to this office Everyone is so nice and helpful. Heather the girl that sits at the front desk is amazing she always answers all my questions in person or over the phone!
Very happy with my recent visit! Very accommodating and Dr Kinzel was thorough and explained the injury I recently suffered. I have been going to the practice for a year. This was the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kinzel. It reassured me I’m going to a caring practice. Of course, Holly is equally great and caring. She really cares about her patients. Great dr. However, his front desk staff (some of them) are incompetent. I had an issue with my insurance and the lady told me I could not be seen. I had an emergency situation and went to Grace Health. I now have new insurance and they are trying to say I can't come back because I am "Dr shopping " The employee said they can't see me, to fix my insurance.
