I'm new to this office Everyone is so nice and helpful. Heather the girl that sits at the front desk is amazing she always answers all my questions in person or over the phone!
Very happy with my recent visit! Very accommodating and Dr Kinzel was thorough and explained the injury I recently suffered. I have been going to the practice for a year. This was the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kinzel. It reassured me I’m going to a caring practice. Of course, Holly is equally great and caring. She really cares about her patients. Great dr. However, his front desk staff (some of them) are incompetent. I had an issue with my insurance and the lady told me I could not be seen. I had an emergency situation and went to Grace Health. I now have new insurance and they are trying to say I can't come back because I am "Dr shopping " The employee said they can't see me, to fix my insurance. Kinzel is an OK dr, but his staff are all either careless morons, or so lacking in empathy as to be completely indifferent. My husband is to have hip resurfacing on the next Tuesday. Kinzel's staff have yet to forward two vital test results to the surgeon's office. I can't even begin to say how many times he's had to call and call again to get their thumbs out of their a$$es and actually get the job done. I quit his office years ago because of his staff problems.
I’m a chronic pain patient that was treated horribly. I don’t recommend him to any patients.
