Laquana is always helpful. The other day I had a problem with my Ram truck, and although it was something that a technician would normally handle, she patiently helped me work through it. This is typical.of her can-do attitude. Good job! Another great experience with Carl Hogan Auto and Laquana. My 2022 Ram 2500 needed some TLC, and they delivered. Thanks, again!
Tyshawn, at Carl Hogan in Columbus, MS, was very pleasant and patient. He answered all of my questions, via telephone and text, and sent me an estimate. After a week or so, I drove over two hours to the dealership to see the vehicle and to meet Tyshawn. On that same day, I purchased a vehicle for my son that he says is his “dream car.”
Look somewhere else to service your car. Pricing for services do not align in today’s market. Check YouTube answers before going here you can save yourself hundreds maybe thousands of dollars.
