Carl has always been great but recently he has gone down hill. He has not answered my calls, emails, etc. in over 3 weeks. He has $160,000 of our money, closed on a real estate transaction without informing us. We didnt even sign the paperwork. I had to find out from the buyers attorney. To this day, we cannot get ahold of Carl or our money. Very unethical.
This was our Third signing with Carl. Went extremely smoothly and very attentive. Meredith Is always great to work with and is extremely quick to answer any questions. Go’s above and beyond. Last note they have moved locations to: 5 Eversley Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851
Attorney Ferraro is a very informed and knowledgeable attorney. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney
Carl is a decent attorney if you dont mind waiting two weeks between each time you contact him. He was able to close on the condo with me but is nearly impossible to reach if there is an issue after the fact. It seems like a few important details were left unfinished. I think it is worth the extra money paying for someone who will follow through with the job
Great group. I was very pleased with the services provided. I would recommend them to anyone needing representation. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again.
