I called to have my boiler cleaned. Its less than 7 years old and is easily accessible.The plumber came and went with little interaction. They never told me I needed any parts replaced.A few days later I was shocked to see that I was billed $784.82.That was for 3.25 hours at $195.00 per hour and over $120.00 in ******** credit card was charged as they require a card to be on file, or they wont show.Their website says they have efficient professionals and are proud of their workmanship and customer service.I regret not asking... read more

Extermely disappointed with the Riedell company. The technician that came out took a water sample from our existing Aquasana system and basically told us it was bad, water was more acidic after the system and wanted us to spend 4 grand to replace a brand new water system from them. When we asked to have the water test and were willing to pay for it the technician agreed for a price however they changed their minds after several days of us asking for the tests and would not provide the information on our water samples before ... read more
You cannot beat Riedell for service, communication, and value! Glen came today ON TIME, and quickly fixed a leaky pipe. He has been here before and everything he and the other people there have done for me, has been done correctly and I know they will stand behind their work. I recently let them install a leaky hot water heater while I was out of the country; when I got back it was all done and I trusted them completely. Even the women answering the phones are courteous and efficient!
