Quick and painless! I walked in around noon on a Friday. Walked into showroom. Told them how much I wanted to pay. Left to go eat lunch. They called me and told me they could do the deal. Arrived back around 4pm and was out the door by 615pm. Truck in possession. They were nice, courteous, and easy to work with. I'll go back because of that. No hassle.
Appointment was made on day of my request for routine Oil Change. Price was less than these fast 15 minute commercial places. Waiting room was a giant plus and staff was prompt to any questions! In and out in less than 1/2 hour. Complete check was done as well. First time I went to a dealer for routine maintamance and was skepticle but experience will keep me coming back.
