The experience was easy and I was able to get a really nice truck at a good price. Preston, the salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional throughout. I highly recommend this dealer.
So not one to write reviews but 2 times shame on me. 2021 took wifes Jeep JL in for cooling issues Reservoir bottle leaking simple repair and also wanted to address recall issues. After NO communication from service center eventually got jeep back. 2 days after jeep was returned error code for EVAP system. Ran through system found some loose connection under hood is what it is all good. I’ve never left a 1 star review but truly feel the men at Carl Burger tried to take advantage of me. I took my car in for the trunk to be inspected as the door latch was clicking but not opening. I shared with the tech that it seemed like something was stuck in the latch. I was told via phone they were able to “get it open but the trunk door was still getting stuck” and that I would need to replace the latch for a total of about 600$.
