Despite the service function on the GMC app malfunctioning and claiming my appointment, that I had booked through the app, had been cancelled, Johnny worked me in and the technician fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner! The convenience of pulling in to the service bay, being helped immediately with smiling faces, and the overall friendliness and professionalism are unmatched!
