Excellent service from Carl Black.
Called Doug Fincher who diagnosed over the phone. Doug set up a repair time - at my convenience. The repair completed in less than one day. Warranty covered the repair less my deductible. Worked with Doug almost 20 years. Have never been disappointed.
Doug was my service advisor. He was excellent. Great follow up. Checked in with me to keep me up to date. Responded to messages fast. Very pleasant to deal with and I was perfectly satisfied (5 stars) with his help and Carl Black service. You guys give dealers a good name!!
