Sean kept me informed of the progress on my install
They broke the lid off the washer fluid reservoir and just threw it away and said nothing about it. Tried to contact the service manager but have yet to get a response. Further, the service writer spent more time scrolling on his phone than checking on the vehicles progress. The day before they told me my brake pads on my other vehicle were at 5mm when they never removed the tires. An impossible feit. I can't help but to wonder what else they're lying about. This place is going downhill fast.
