I continue to be impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and problem-solving skills of the staff.
Needed to drop my truck off for a diagnostic, when booking the appointment the lady said they had plenty of loaners available. Take a day off work and drive an hour down there to find out they have zero loaners and told there’s nothing we can do for you. Will never step foot on their lot again.
I just wanted to say my salesmen was great can't say that about the management staff yesterday that was trying to steal my trade from me. They gave me way below amount for my truck!! He gave me $30,000 rough is trade is $36,000 mid is $38,000 high trade is $40,000. My truck is a 2024 I bought new and very clean and well maintained also garage kept there is nothing wrong with my truck except it being the 2.5 turbo max engine.
