I had a great experience with the three men who assisted me in purchasing my new car. Evan was the sales man, and he was kind, patient, polite and not pushy. Had he been pushy, I would have not considered purchasing the vehicle I did. Everyone told me I needed to take a man with me to buy a new car. Being the independent, stubborn woman I am, I refused. Personalized service as always. I have been Chevy for life, and have always had excellent and personalized service.
Andre Grammer my service advisor met me when I arrived and took my car to Keith the shop foreman who was going to change my requested fluids of my Corvette Z06. I got a ride to LA Fitness to work out and was called by Andre when my car was ready to pickup. I received invoice with the charges so I could p;ay online if I wished. Overall, great work by both Andre and Keith. The car seemed to drive better after the transmission fluid was changed.
