Went to Carl when wanting to purchase 5 acres. He didn't tell us the 5 acres was in the flood plains. Never uttered a word. When I found out from the county 911 coordinator I called Carl. He says I don't even know how to check that. It's his job to tell us all the info. Then he says he will call the coordinator and never did. Go figure. Apparently the buyer does all the work even though you have an agent who's job it is to look up all info. First time land buyers. Didn't know all the questions to ask. Thanks Carl
