I would just like to thank all the people at Carl Albert! For being so patient and caring about others and what they have going on with their self. For once in my life I don't feel alone while battling Certain things in my life. Things that I thought no one would ever understand. Much less ever have answers to. I'm feeling pretty positive. They all have helped me a lot. I love the groups, they help with socialization with other ladies. I have been using them since 2013. No complaints from me
If there was a negative star I would give it. I took my husband here based on a referral. He has severe anxiety and depression. First appt went great. 2nd appt not so much. Because paperwork wasn't filled out at the first appt, at the second appt the lady that had to redo the paperwork was annoyed from the get go. She was so rude and disrespectful to my husband that by the time he left he had scratched the skin on both arms down to the point I had to stop and get something to stop the bleeding. My behavior has been up & down ~ mostly down...I owe atoka an apology 4 going off on them... come 2 realize there's severe mold n my shower causing confusion & unsteduness so I'm sorry blaming them 4 my issues.
