I started counseling here when it was under different supervision and had wonderful people counseling. Then they Carl Albert staff begun retiring and Carl Albert Supervisor Christopher started bringing new people individuals into the Hugo Carl Albert and the got rid of exceptional counselor leaving her patients without any counselors for months and actually was lying to patients about event's that had taken place. This place is extremely unprofessional and the employees here are very rude and not helpful at all. Lighthouse was way better at helping people with mental disabilities as well as helping their families cope with helping their loved ones and these people clearly don’t care nor have respect for the family member taking care of their lives one with a disability. This place has given me the run around about my brother on multiple occasions n how is is right for me to be kept from my brothers medical stuff especially when I’m on... read more
