Dr. Hicks is easy to talk to and has a comforting nature.
This “doctor” told me that I needed to “get moving” after injuring my knee. The physical therapy evaluation determined I needed to go back to my “doctor” for imaging. “Doctor” Hicks evaluated my knee and said he couldn’t feel structural damage and refused to order imaging, which would have cost HIM nothing. A different orthopedic surgeon ordered the imaging which found BOTH a torn ACL and meniscus tear. I never meet the doctor...but that office clerk is a hot mess. I made an appointment to see about my knee after a fall. The fall wasn't worksmen comp n I was using my insurance. She told me she had to cancel my appointment until I can prove that my appointment wasn't going to be on worksmen comp. My right knee been bothering me for years now, My last ortho has retired due to covid n he was to do knee replacement. I just got good enough insurance to see an ortho.
