Surprise. This place is closed. The worst mistake that I ever made was buying my van from this location. They lost the paperwork on my trade in and tried to get me to go get another title at my expense after they charged me a 150 dollar paperwork fee. They also screwed up the paperwork and Ohio taxes. The clerk at the title bureau felt so bad after calling them that she waived the late fee for title registration. It was also rather convenient that I had to post 5K to get the transmission rebuilt on a 2015 dodge caravan. Good... read more
