If I could leave 0 stars I would. Since I bought a Buick Encore at this place on 08-06-25 I have spent $1,200 in just repairs not to mention a rental I had to get and countless ubers had to have it towed, and it is currently in the shop awaiting another diagnosis. Don't waste your time or money here. They will take advantage and lie to you to get you to leave with a vehicle. Then are completely rude to you once you call them out on their lies. I have never been lied to so much in my life. This car dealership knowingly took advantage of a disabled veteran and did not care. What's sad is they have a "disabled veteran" as an employee there and he let this all happen. This is how buying a car should be! I came in with bad credit, low hopes from bad experiences at previous dealerships and Roy helped me find something that was within my budget AND something I loved. The manager Juan worked behind the scenes to ensure I got the lowest rate I could with my credit score, and got me in and out of the dealership within a few hours — without me feeling rushed. Would recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to search here first!
I stopped in for my 1st time today and instantly Jeff greeted me and was very professional and personal. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. Down to earth and very helpful. I will be stopping in again soon. Definitely will recommend this place because they know how to do great customer service.
