Had an awesome experience Thomas and Howard were amazing. Went in and walked out with a new truck. They treat you like family love them.
I had the best experience at carite in hartland!!! Howard and Nicole are absolutely the best!!!! I will definitely return!!!
I delt with Howard and Anthony who were absolutely the best ,very upfront and honest which is rare .I was kinda a special case as I'm a seasonal worker and hard to finance but they were able to make it all come together and my wife was able to drive away in the car of her dreams.... I highly recommend!!!
I will say the people that work their are very nice but the fact that I have never bought a car by myself before and they screwed me over and taking advantage of me being 20, by myself and new to the car buying experience. Sold me the car for more than what it was listed for and gave me a 24% interest rate. Don’t understand how someone would not help me understand the process better instead of rushing me to sign the papers and making a sale. Yes I am the one at fault for not doing further research.
