I've waited months to come see these doctors and they denied seeing me because I was 15 minutes late even though they have a 15 minute policy. I have proof on my phone that I called twice before 9 am to let them know I was going to be 9 to 10 minutes late but they denied that they received my calls. I was in the building at 9:10 but the building is huge and couldn't find them. I called a second time to ask for directions but nobody answered. I'm not rescheduling. Have had a good experience with them over the past year. Just wish it wasn't so difficult to schedule appointments when they have an open slot and I am in town.
Earlier this afternoon I met with Dr. Jemelka. She takes her time to have a conversation with you and doesn't rush it. Great bedside manners. Makes you feel comfortable. She is a godsend and amazing. Although we are only in the begging stage of working towards finding out what is wrong she is giving me hope and leading me in the right steps to find out what is wrong.
