An efficient but pleasant experience as always. Tran is tops!!!
It was a good experience. Everything went on time. Very short wait upon arrival. My hygienist was professional, Tran, was professional and friendly and knowledgeable. It would have been perfect, if it hadn't been snowy and frigid and windy out when I left. I'm pretty sure that there was nothing anyone could have done about that.
Every person I interacted with from the administrative assistant, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, was very professional, curious, nice and thorough. I was very pleased with my change to this practice.
Everyone at Brighton Family Dental is a pleasure to work with. Reception is exceptionally professional and friendly, the hygienists are thorough and thoughtful, and Dr. Villani is personable and knowledgable. I could not recommend Brighton Family Dental more highly! I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.
