So there I was one day eating a plain bagel minding my own business. As I was chewing, I felt something hard. Sure enough, a piece of my tooth chipped-off. Who knew bagels could be so hazardous to your health! (And the bagel wasn't even toasted!) Anyway, I called Phuong (the Office Manager) and she promptly scheduled me for the next day. His professionalism and caring were excellent
One of the reasons I'm loyal to Dr. Villani and his Staff, despite living over 40 miles away, is that they are so excellent at communicating. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Villani everyone communicates in a clear, caring, and educational manner - - about billing, services, procedures, etc... I strongly recommend this dental practice!
