Wish I could give a negative rating. Not even gonna say what I really want to say at this moment. However I will say, don't trust anyone during a dcfs case especially this agency. Document EVERYTHING and don't let em push you around. Im learning the hard way. Remember even salt looks like sugar. Be cautious!!
When you make a $10,000 "donation" you can get your kids that you've never had custody of placed with you. You won't get drug tested (when you're clearly using hard substances) and you can admit on record that you're a drug dealer, the people that live with you won't get background checked (they would've failed miserably) and when doctors, teachers and police call dcfs and make a report the case worker will defend you and sweep everything under the rug for you. 0 stars. Had my 1 year old in a front facing car seat with a broken collar bone. They ensured me after taking photos that they were getting the right training. This business is corrupt and just after grants. Nobody in this facility knows where any paperwork is and won't take responsibility until they are shown photos and videos of them messing up.
