I reached out for an initial appt and she responded with a few questions to which I answered. I tried numerous times to schedule an appt after this first interaction with no response. Did not respond to multiple emails or phone calls. Disappointing and unprofessional
I saw Carissa last year while living in Dallas and can say she is an amazing psychologist. She was incredibly insightful and helped me realize the connections between what I was experiencing at the time, my past, and my vision for my future. I can't recommend her highly enough.
