Dr. Barina takes her time reviewing my charts and checking my eyes' interior. Dr. Barina notifies when she see changes and what to expect based on my history of eye disease.
Takes care of my brother and she is a very caring and thorough doctor
Dr. Barina is kind and considerate. She took excellent care of my mother and now takes care of my brother who has diabetic eye disease. Close follow-up and careful exam. Office is clean and other than yearly laborious paperwork is efficient and friendly
Following cataract surgery done at another eye clinic in Indianapolis, I've had several complications. I went to Indiana Eye Clinic for help because it is closer to home and I didn't trust the other clinic anymore. I have seen four different ophthalmologists at Indiana Eye Clinic and each one has been very good. Dr. Barina was pleasant, kind, and listened carefully to my concerns. She explained her diagnosis to me clearly. I was very impressed with her and appreciated her care.
Referred when a mystery eye condition could not be diagnosed by 2 eye doctors after 5 visits. Kept me waiting TWO HOURS & spent 2 minutes looking at me. Diagnosed blepharitis -- which apparently is what she sees/diagnoses most, which I find odd given that she specializes in laser surgery. I also find it odd that blepharitis is so common, yet as a surgeon she diagnoses so much of it & of course the only treatment is this very expensive medication she prescribes. She didn't care & blew me off.
She is friendly and helpful. She listens to you without rushing and makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. I appreciate doctors who are respectful and thorough in their exam.
I visited the Plainfield location on an emergency basis. I called and had an appointment within 90 minutes. Upon arriving, I was seen quickly before I even had paper work filled out. The office was clean, everyone was friendly, and the treatment was fast. Dr. Barina was professional and compassionate. I have been satisfied with my usual eye care, but I am considering changing!
