We absolutely loved working with Carissa as we bought our first home! She was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions, scheduled repairs after the inspection, and guided us through each step of the process. Carissa was lovely and easy to work with at every step, and she never seemed too busy to help us or overwhelmed, which is so important when making such a big purchase for the first time! Carissa is a fantastic real estate agent! She is a longtime friend, but I recently used her services for the first time to sell my home post divorce. She is professional knowledgeable, and kind. She provided top notch suggestions for staging, cleaning and landscaping. Selling my home was difficult, but Carissa handled a difficult situation with ease and truly went above and beyond.
