I had the best experience renting here for the last 1.5 years. The Landlord, Jack, was super helpful and always responded quickly. Don't listen to the negative reviews as maintenance was always super quick and fixed any issues I had. Also, I never had issue with getting my car broken into or danger. If I could've stay longer here, I totally would.
Nice place and right next to the mall. Hard to beat and for the price it's great.
I can't recommend this place enough. I lived here for five years and would have stayed longer if I hadn't gotten another job. Rooms are spacious, maintenance was timely, landscaping was consistent, and management was friendly. I had three property managers during my stay and only had issues with the second (who was smoking in the public bathroom). Carisbrooke is also a great location for shopping and I enjoyed taking long walks around the complexes.
