I’ve lived here for three years and it has been perfect for what I was needing. Quiet, private, reliable, affordable. Fast internet. Easy dumpster access and close parking. Can’t say I ever used the gym or pool but a lot of people do and they seem to be clean and maintained. It’s a nice place right in the middle of a lot of shopping but still somehow feels remote and almost rural. Staff is nice and doesn’t really bother you.
