So far I have no complaints all my dads nurses and aids especially Hannah and DeDe has been wonderful!!! This has been the best company by far to work with my dad being on hospice.
Caris is phenomenal. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home health or hospice services. They assisted in helping with my mother before she passed and treated her with such dignity and respect, but they also assisted me and my family through the process. It's not just care for the individual, it is care for the entire family. And the staff at Lenoir City it is a continuing care. Caris Health Care Lenoir City Office for my Mother Joanne Fike was extremely helpful with dealing with her decline and her passing. They are to be commended for their excellence. Vanessa Vasquez from the Lenoir City office is an Angel from God and is truly an example for others to emulate. It has been going on two months since her passing, and they still reach out to ensure our family is okay. I would high recommend their services for any family that resides in their area.
