My mother recently was moved from a facility in Loudon where she was under Caris in Lenoir City to a facility in Maryville. Now she’s under Caris in Sevierville. I cannot brag enough on both Caris groups. They are so incredibly sweet to my mother and have great communication with me!
These are the most amazing people with so much love. Angela, Debbie and Lisa specifically cared for my dear 89 yr mother. Keeping up with her was not easy, some say picky, we say spoiled with love. She was a special lady that shared her life stories; they all truly listened intently while she relived each moment. They styled her hair just right, and lotioned up so gently. The staff at Caris Healthcare in Sevierville are truly exceptional. They provided outstanding care for my beloved neighbor, and she genuinely loved every one of them. I cannot say enough good things about Caris. My father was in memory care the last three years. When we brought in Caris, it seemed to expand his world. They checked his vitals weekly, worked well with the facility medtechs, brought in community volunteers and would just stop by to say hi to him. He would brighten up when he’d see them walk in. On top of that, they helped me with moral support after he passed. I highly recommend the entire organization and its outstanding staff.
Caris has been doing a wonderful job caring for both my parents! The entire team has been wonderful!
