Absolutely the best team! They took care of one of our close friends recommended by another friend from the beginning of the care, with Amy Lackey to the nurse Bonnie being available & on top of everything, they made this horrible situation so much easier. God gave us who was needed to provide care for our young beautiful friend. They went above and beyond what they needed to do for her. No words can express how grateful we are for this team.
I sat beside along with my best friend Kylie Davis lastnight , it was apparent late in the night we would need certain medicines and Kylie made the call and medicines were called in immediately. Upon the passing of our loved on, Macy arrived very promptly, gave her condolences to the family. She then began the process of making our loved one presentable and cleaned up. Our family choose Caris to bring my Grandmother home to pass peacefully at home and not in ICU. This team was amazing from Amy calling me and telling me they got us covered to Macy coming out to our home and getting her set up and comfortable to Pagie sitting with our family waiting on the funeral home and the on call for being available even late in the night to answer our questions. The TEAM at Caris of Athens, TN has been superb in assisting our family in every aspect from the very beginning to the very end of my Dad's need for Hospice. We are VERY thankful and blessed to have used the team led by Amy Lackey. There are too many to name everyone who helped us so much, but we are ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for your service & ministry to our Dad and our whole family. You are "pros" for sure. My wife is on hospice with Caris and she is so happy with them. We both have been disabled for a while and things got behind for us because I couldn’t keep up with some of our house maintenance and things needed to be thrower out. They organized a weekend for us and had a dumpster delivered to our house and then Samantha, Amy and Jillian came out on that Saturday.
