I was connected to them through home Depot. I called to set up an appointment and he was supposed to call me back the following day to set up a time. He showed up the next day completely unannounced. So they told me they would hook up my new 12 station timer for my sprinkler system and make sure it was all working before they left and the cost would be $90.
