I was charged extra money for a service I didn't ask for. We agreed on a 3-hour service only, but after the cleaning, I was charged a total of $304.50 instead of the $270 for 3 hours that was discussed and agreed upon. Cleaning was good, and I thought communication was good and they understood what I needed until I got charged extra for something I didn't ask for. Marcelly was nice enough to visit our home despite her busy schedule and gave us a quote. She was incredibly cordial and professional. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a scheduled cleaning service due to a sudden death in the family. The company was understanding and compassionate during a very difficult time and refunded my initial deposit.
