Marcelly was nice enough to visit our home despite her busy schedule and gave us a quote. She was incredibly cordial and professional. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a scheduled cleaning service due to a sudden death in the family. The company was understanding and compassionate during a very difficult time and refunded my initial deposit.
