Dr. Carino is good, but because of the really bad service I get from the girls from the of office I changed my babies Doctor. When I would call to make appointments the receptionist would act like if she was the Dr. Telling me I didn't need one; yeah my daughter had ear, throat and eye infection. One girl in office it's just so rude to me.
My child is seen by Dr. Patricia Reyes who is great I and I confidence on her. As far as to the office staff, their attention is poor. They are not flexible as far as scheduling urgent appointments at all. They put you on hold for more than 10-minutes and then transfer you to the back office without even telling you that they will transfer you, then, the back office answers and you have to start all over again, and then at the end they tell you there are no appointments till next week.
