I had my first AC and water heater maintenance appointments late last year. Both techs were cordial. The AC appointment seems to have been a visual inspection only and didn't even cover one unit in the master (didnt catch an obvious rust issue). The fee was WAY too high of $380 for a 15 minute job to change out the outside water faucet.
