I needed a quote for ductless mini-splits in our single-family home here in Poway (~1,800 sq ft). Shawn came out and educated me on my options, and I settled on a tri-zone split plus a single large unit for the living room/common areas. Our kitchen sinks were backing up. Carini was able to come the next day and do a thorough cleaning of the drains. Unfortunately, the next day they backed up again. They were quick to come out a second time and even comped us the visit. On top of the great service, Adán was friendly, courteous, explained what had most likely happened so that the clog didn't clear the first time, and even put everything back under our sink in a neat and tidy fashion.
Fantastic service! Adan was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When our hot water heater broke we were worried it would take a few days before it could be replaced. Adan worked with his office to get us a replacement and install right away. He walked us through what needed to be replaced and answered all of our questions. We are so happy we found Carini Home Services.
Dylan was very thorough with troubleshooting and explaining how the HVAC system works. He was able to determine how old the unit is and explained how much more energy it is using. He got my A/C back up and running which was the reason for the call, but I really appreciated how much knowledge he shared with me. I will definitely use Carini Home Services again! When I am financially ready I will one day purchase a more energy saving unit and Carini will be the one I call.
Adan at Carini did a great job for us installing a new tankless water heater! From estimate to installation and completion he was rock solid being prompt, on time and on budget. Great work!
