I just had my AC repaired by Carini. Kristen was amazing and super responsive to my multiple texts, which made the process super convenient. Anton arrived early and he was profesional and got the repair done promptly. We appreciate Carini and will continue considering them for all things AC in the future.
Cameron was very thorough and friendly. He completed the job and was helpful in solving a few issues we had with the temps in several rooms. He arrived on time and really took the time to listen and help us. Our system works great now and we're happy with the service he provided 👍

Carini Home Services are excellent. I scheduled the AC maintenance, Elkan came at the scheduled time, performed the work, provided information about the HVAC replacement when the time comes, and suggestions on how to improve efficiency. Highly recommended.
They rate a ZERO in my book. Needed a new drain line for my mini-split and their tech ended up breaking the unit. I’m not one to leave bad reviews because I understand we’ve all had those kind of days and accidents do happen, but CARINI has not responded to any of my calls or messages to remedy the situation. Customer service is poor at best and technician was inexperienced. Erin Enjambre, you can reach me anytime you want to make this situation right. I respond to all my phone calls and messages.
