Cameron was very thorough and friendly. He completed the job and was helpful in solving a few issues we had with the temps in several rooms. He arrived on time and really took the time to listen and help us. Our system works great now and we're happy with the service he provided 👍
I did a search for the best HVAC AC installation service, quality and price. No matter how I searched it, it came back to Carini! Once I met with Shawn, I understood why -The entire team was very responsive, we got a great deal on a quality unit, no runaround, no unnecessary upselling- just great service, financing options, and the installation was able to be scheduled in my timeline, done right, and they were even able to refer a great handyman to help with patching my wall unit!
I just had my AC repaired by Carini. Kristen was amazing and super responsive to my multiple texts, which made the process super convenient. Anton arrived early and he was profesional and got the repair done promptly. We appreciate Carini and will continue considering them for all things AC in the future.

I would like to discuss my Carini installed hvac system with a general manager. I cannot seem to get through to anyone other than receptionists or schedulers. What I'd like to talk about was the price of my install, the extended service warranty. The lack of information regarding the installation of a surge protector for the system.
