Our kitchen sinks were backing up. Carini was able to come the next day and do a thorough cleaning of the drains. Unfortunately, the next day they backed up again. They were quick to come out a second time and even comped us the visit. On top of the great service, Adán was friendly, courteous, explained what had most likely happened so that the clog didn't clear the first time, and even put everything back under our sink in a neat and tidy fashion.
Nothing but amazing things to say about Carini Home Services. The team was thoughtful, experienced, and knowledgable in each interaction. I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but I can no longer bite my tongue. We have been very patient, understanding, and polite but now I just feel taken advantage of... and mind you this was a $20k job. This is going on 10 months now... After purchasing our new home, we decided we needed to get central heat & air. 3 for 3 with Carini Home Services. They installed our HVAC system on 2008 and has been out twice for service calls. Both service calls were scheduled quickly and easily with the service performed with success. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done.
