I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but I can no longer bite my tongue. We have been very patient, understanding, and polite but now I just feel taken advantage of... and mind you this was a $20k job. I did a search for the best HVAC AC installation service, quality and price. No matter how I searched it, it came back to Carini! Once I met with Shawn, I understood why -The entire team was very responsive, we got a great deal on a quality unit, no runaround, no unnecessary upselling- just great service, financing options, and the installation was able to be scheduled in my timeline, done right, and they were even able to refer a great handyman to help with patching my wall unit!
3 for 3 with Carini Home Services. They installed our HVAC system on 2008 and has been out twice for service calls. Both service calls were scheduled quickly and easily with the service performed with success. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done.
