I don't know where to start. Sam was an amazing nurse with my mom and she was very patient with her. I trusted Sam with my mom. Sam knew how to explain certain things to my mom when mom wasn't understanding. I would have questions or concerns about my mom and Sam was there to help you with anything as well. When my dad was in his last few days we decided Hospice. They can recommend from one of his doctors. My dad need the care of 2 aids yet they sent 1 the first time she tried to give him a shower he face planted and scraped and bruised his face. After that it was very hard to move him because he was so scared. I had to argue to get him liquid medication for agitation because they told me it was too expensive.
