Pauline is such a kind soul & experienced professional. I go to her for Remedial massages which focus on releasing areas of soreness, yet she makes it feel relaxing and gentle at the same time. Her massages get into all the right spots and she goes slowly so you can relax your mind, and it never feels like you're rushed. The gentle music, soft lighting and use of warm towels & heat packs will send you drifting off in the clouds... I highly recommend Pauline!
