Best place you could ask for to have people taking care of your loved ones. It's an experienced team. I've worked for them. I'd still be there, but got sick myself. They care! If you care about your loved ones- trust that you'll get the best experience. I read all these bad reviews. It hurts me because I've known these caring, professional people for YEARS! Caring Solutions came into home & almost immediately started phone calls harrassing & threatening previous helpers.
This review is supplemental to a complaint filed with the Attorney General, the BBB, Board of Nursing, and suit filed for $3,818 in unrendered services (refund denied). Caring Solutions is owned by Patty Baskin, whom is a registered nurse. The first day of services her employee, Maria Hunt, picked up the check of $4,416 to be held in escrow. $26/hr is billed against it. The office staff are so helpful and friendly, and they respond very quickly!
Caring Solutions provided in home, round the clock care for my mother during her final weeks. The care plan, nurse, care aides, scheduling and business staff were phenomenal to work with at a time that could have been very stressful. My mother enjoyed being cared for by her Caring Solutions care team. Her activities of daily living were consistently attended to with compassion, good humor, and a high degree of professionalism.
