I have been going to Caring Smiles for about 10 years with my kids. They have always been thorough and nice. Today, my kids had an appointment and I never received the confirmation of the appointment, which is weird because they always text and call. I called them to make sure it was today, they told me my appointment was cancelled because Caring Smiles does not take medicaid anymore. They said a letter had been sent out. Never got a letter! Just because people don't have dental insurance, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic, People are unemployed and loosing medical and dental insurances. This Place doesn't take Medicaid for dental unless it's for a simple extraction. If you need a cleaning, filling, or dentures. They don't take you because, well as the lady who answered the phoned put it and I qoute "We don't do anything but extractions because they don't reimburse enough." Just all about the money they are. ** Update. Still think this was a friendly and great place but the billing mistakes, lost checks and the way I was confronted on a bill that I didn't really owe was my last straw. I decided to move on and take my family and myself to another Dental place. They did go through everything and all the checks and finally find out that I didn't owe anything which is great news but still too many mistakes left me frustrated and the way I was spoke to about owing $92 in a pretty rude way was unacceptable. 5 stars for providers and s... read more

Actually this review is by Robert T. I've had 2 teeth extracted on 2 different days and each visit the staff there were very friendly,effecient and professional. They treat you as a person/friend and not just a number. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there, from start to finish. Thank you all again.
