We had this service for my mom. We had problems with people sleeping while on duty. Then tried to send one of the girls that I had reported sleeping back to care for my mom while in hospital. They sent out a 16 year old to care for mom who has Alzheimer’s. I was not aware of her age till After the fact. Then one day she proceeded to sleep on my couch in the middle of day. We decided to change agency’s and on our last day we had no to come from 7 am till 3 pm when my mom has to have two caregivers at all times. The 3 rd shift... read more
